At Alex Andersen we have defined a policy for handling notifications of claim and complaints. The procedure is made to help us process the enquiries as quickly and effective as possible.

Our customers can write us and make a notification of claim. You can either contact your planner or our manager of complaints and notifications on this address: jisbu@alex-andersen.dk. We will then process your notification of claim and get back to you with an answer within a time span of 7 days. Please remember that all notifications of claim must be made within 24 hours after the damage is done.

If we receive a bill before the notification has gone through this procedure, it will be returned without payment. If the notification is accepted, you will however receive a notification number and you can send us the bill with this number on. We will then pay the bill following normal procedures.
