In 1994 we moved Alex Andersen Ølund A/S into the present head office on Grønnegyden in Stige. The move happened in connection with the overtaking of the company Båring Blomster which had routes to and from Aarhus and Copenhagen. Back then we had 45 lorries and 70 employees and were under constant development. The company created a strong geographical position from this central part of Denmark and expanded the solid network of departments and reload- and packaging terminals in Jutland and on Zealand.

In 2007 the head office expanded significantly when the merger with Ove Østergaard - Lund ApS took place and their staff joined us in the head office in Stige. The merger strengthened our position in the European context but also created an entirely new place of work internally in the company in an exciting and challenging way.

In the department in Stige we have our own car fleet with more than 220 lorries with trailers. In addition to this we have our own garage and a carwash which helps us avoid interruptions in the transport service and make our lorries presentable on the roads of Europe.

At Grønnegyden in Stige we also have a terminal for reloading and packaging purposes.  Furthermore, we have another terminal here on Funen on Holkebjergvej. These terminals contribute to making the department an important centre.
