In 1998 we established a department on "Grøntorvet" in Copenhagen. The department was mainly used to gather a large part of the deliveries to the customers on Zealand. The cargo came from Funen, Aarhus, and Zealand and was distributed in the about 10 lorries that belonged to that department.

In 2006 we moved these activities from the vegetable market to Brøndby as a temporary solution before moving into a brand new building in Greve. Two companies were established as a consequence of this - one that owns the buildings: AA Greve A/S - and one that takes care of the terminal operations: AA Transport Service A/S.

The new terminal in Greve is a modern construction which is one of the few terminals in Denmark that has been built to be able to receive the new 25,25 m module lorries. These lorries can carry up to 67 flower containers and have not yet been approved for transportation in Denmark. 

AA Transport Service A/S was established on the 1st of September 2006 by Ole Meisler, Troels Larsen and Alex Andersen Ølund A/S with the purpose of running a storage- and distribution business and thereby creating synergy in the distribution of both flowers and industrial cargo - primarily on Zealand but also in the rest of Denmark and Scandinavia.

The company was created on the bases of flower distribution which is the lifeblood of Alex Andersen's haulage business. In Alex Andersen Ølund A/S we occupy between 17-20 lorries for distribution in Greve.

AA Transport Service has 7 full-time employees at the moment. Besides providing the customers with quality, service, and punctuality in collaboration with Alex Andersen Ølund A/S, we also undertake a variety of other tasks including storage and warehousing for shorter or longer periods of time.
